The treasury plays a critical role in the sustainability of the Battle Stakes Protocol. The role of the treasury is threefold. First off it is responsible for the long-term health of the protocol via maintenance and technical development. This includes any fixes or upgrades that are necessary during the lifetime of the project. Furthermore this arm of the treasury supports any on-going marketing campaigns.

Secondly the treasure is responsible for maintaining price stabilization in the case of unforeseen events. This function works both in bull and bear markets – by leveraging proper and necessary inflows and outflows of capital the treasury is able to minimize large volatility in the price of $GEN.

Lastly, the treasury will be responsible for financing the development of future projects that are planned for future versions of the protocol. These developments can be seen in the Roadmap and will be updated consistently.
