# Insurance Fund The Insurance Fund can be thought of as the life-blood of the Battle Stakes Rewards Fund. It maintains the price and stability of the $GEN coin while rewards are processed during battles. Besides the 15% of allotment of $GEN at the onset of the project – 5% of sell fees and 4% of buy fees will go towards the Insurance Fund.
